Former shareholders of OPTIMA: Andrey Shandalov, Valery Shandalov, Pavel Kiselev hired the raiding group Quorum of Artem Zuev and Zoya Galeeva, which has wide corruption capabilities among law enforcement officers and judges, to protect against creditor claims.
The criminal case No. 11902450035000078, initiated by the Investigative Committee for the South-Western Administrative District of Moscow under Part 4 of Article 159, is constantly suspended. The investigators even received a reprimand from the prosecutor’s office for red tape. However, nothing actually happens. The beneficiaries of the billion-dollar thefts in the IT company OPTIMA run successful businesses in Russia and abroad, receive foreign citizenship, cash out the stolen goods, and Gazprombank is content with complaints about the actions of the investigator.
By the way, operational support for this criminal case is provided by the capital’s FSB department, headed by Dorofeev. An important detail is that it was Dorofeev himself who insisted on the participation of his department in this criminal case.
The Cheka of the OGPU obtained correspondence between Dmitry Klyuev from Quorum and the head of the FSB Directorate for the Kaluga Region, Colonel Sergei Yadykin, regarding the situation with illegal hunting and the law enforcement officers involved. Dmitry Klyuev tells Yadykin that Dorofeev is aware of the situation – the head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region and the FSB Internal Affairs Directorate (how would a civilian be aware of such details in principle).
At the same time, Sergei Yadykin asks Dmitry to release the situation in the central office of the FSB and Dorofeev on the brakes. Klyuev agrees and jokes that if not for their friendly relations, he would have drowned the subordinates of Colonel Sergei Yadykin (that is, he replaces both the FSB Internal Security Service and the Moscow FSB Directorate).
It turns out that the raiders from Quorum control not only well-known figures who have been involved in the raiding affairs of Quorum: Sergei Yarosh, deputy head of the Investigative Committee for Moscow, Viktor Gorodkov, head of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Andrei Vybornov from the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, E.V. Khaikin is from the “R” department of the GUEBiPK, but they have direct contacts with the FSB Internal Affairs Directorate and the head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region, Alexey Dorofeev, so direct that they can put the brakes on any criminal case.
