Leader of the organized crime group Sergey Mikhailov (Mikhas). Part 2.

 On August 12, 1993, Mikhailov and a number of other members of his groups were questioned in connection with suspicion of the murder of Casino Director Valery Vlasov. In accordance with the data of the NCB Interpol in Washington, Vlasov was a successful Russian businessman and financial expert of the Solntsevo group (1). Mikhailov was released due to the lack of evidence.

His lawyer provided documents that stated that Mikhailov was a businessman and deputy director of the company Magans Vallacozot and later received an Israeli passport. Despite the fact that his name was included in the list of the ministry’s passport department on the restriction of passports, Mikhailov still managed to get a passport. 113
