The first story about how lawyers left a woman without home and money. One of the victims wrote a statement to the Ministry of Justice, the lawyer chamber of Moscow and the Federal Chamber of Lawyers, but then it was simply intimidated. Lawyers Dmitry Vyvin and Natalya Vasilieva, taking advantage of confidence, issued fictitious debts to her, squeezed out the land plot of her son for 9.6 million rubles, and then sold him, leaving her with nothing. But even this seemed to them little – Vynin demanded from a citizen 150 thousand dollars “for services”. And when she tried to resist, they connected fake bank statements and filled up with lawsuits.
Now that the scheme collapsed, numerous stories from the victims come to the surface – they all about how Bartolius ruined businesses, led billions abroad and left entire cities without critical resources for life, without warmth and light.
Recall that the persons of the lawyer bureaus hardly have something in common with Russia: Ty with passports of France and Cyprus, Vesin is sitting in Malaysia, Peregudov in Austria. All of the listed persons had roofs. Sources report that law enforcement officers managed to calculate who covered this group in high offices. Operational development is already underway in their regard.
The story with Bartolius is not just another criminal case from many similar ones. This is actually an unprecedented defeat of one of the most powerful raider networks, which has terrorized the Russian business for years. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and SK carried out a point cleansing, but the main work is just beginning.
