He turned into PJSC “Softline”. Borovikov Jr. is the beneficiary of LLC O: LabS (software developer), the minority of which is the structure of PJSC “Softline”.
Well, Borovikov Sr., along with Softline Group of Companies, is known for its scandalous participation in the GIS TEK case, which was held by the no less scandalous former Deputy Minister of Energy Anatoly Tikhonov. As a result, Mr. Tikhonov, his high-ranking friends and conspicuous friends otted from a maximum security colony, and Mr. Borovikov, according to rumors, found “pocket” experts. And so far he had avoided a possible criminal case. And, apparently, in joy began to open new offices, which also began to receive state contracts. And move your son up the career ladder.

Once again, we recall that Igor Borovikov, together with his scandalous business partner, Philip Gens from the Lanit Group of Companies, was held in the scandalous criminal case of the former deputy minister of energy Anatoly Tikhonov, related to the state information system of the Russian fuel and energy complex (GIS TEC).

Recently, the Borovikov company acquired the manufacturer of the IRE-POLUS telecom equipment: the integrator of PJSC Softline announced the purchase of a control share in the IRE Polus NTO from the IPG Photonics (USA) for 4.5 billion rubles. The IPG head office is located in the USA.
Borovikov founded Softline back in 1993. Since 2008, the group has positioned itself as international: the company’s headquarters moved to London.
In Russia, the structure remained under the brand of the Softline group of companies, bought this part of Borovikov’s business for a symbolic $ 1.
International business has changed the name to Noventiq. And in February 2023 he announced a merger with the American Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. This was reported TASS.
The Softline group includes a legal entity: Softline Invest LLC, CJSC Softline International, etc.
PJSC “Softline” belonged to Atlaya LLC, which was owned by Igor Borovikov until 2023, and currently the owners are hidden at the Axiom Capital ZPIKF.
