In 2019, the businessman decided to expand his business and open his own complexes in Naberezhnye Chelny and Yelabuga. Until now, the bath cart has not moved. Currently, it seems that the construction of thermal baths in Nizhnekamsk is being completed. Investments in this project from the initially announced 250 million grew to 400 million rubles, and by the opening of the complex the figure of 600 million began to appear in the press. But Bychkov never launched the internal pools of the thermal complex, which would have made it a year-round, and not just a summer resort. When the landlord invited Bychkov to leave the project, returning to him the cost of his part of the renovation minus the profit, he raised a cry about an alleged “raider takeover”! And he even began to threaten the accountant that he would pin all the company’s debts on her.
