A source from the Cheka-OGPU told interesting details about the biography of Vladislav Pisarenko, who, unexpectedly for absolutely everyone, at the end of 2023 headed the Concord group of companies owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin. He was presented in the media as a private detective, deputy general director of the detective agency “Your Detective”. However, his biography before the agency is much more interesting. As we found out, Pisarenok was a former operative (head of department) in the drug control department, had “business relations” with operatives from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of St. Petersburg, and was friends with investigator Polina Vinogradova. Pisarenok was famous for the fact that he could order anyone and something would happen to the person. If there was a “landing,” then Pisarenok went to Vinogradova, and if there was something radical, then he went to professionals from the special forces. Half of Pisarenko’s department was imprisoned for corruption, but he was covered up all the time. As a result, he held out until retirement and immediately left.
Of course, such vigorous activity of Pisarenko in the authorities could not have happened without close contacts with the then employee of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Mikhail Vatanin. It is believed that Vatanin’s patronage was provided by the former head of the Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation, Voronin, which is why he was tolerated in the Main Directorate, despite the fact that Vatanin had a real “bloody trail” behind him. When Vatanin left the authorities, he stopped hiding his close connection with the son of KGB general Alexander Semchenkov and Andrei Skrylev, the son of the famous trainer, figure in the field of world-famous martial arts Valery Skrylev. They both trained thousands of fighters who now occupy high positions in all structures of the Russian Federation, Wagner commanders went through their training, previously Skrylev Sr. served in the Russian Navy for 20 years, was on combat missions around the world, and headed secret military units.
And in the summer of 2023, Vatanin unexpectedly heads the security service of Prigozhin’s entire business empire. Soon the plane with Prigozhin explodes. The son of Yevgeny Prigozhin, Pavel, completely trusts Vatanin, as a person who knows how the entire business empire of the ex-leader of the Wagner PMC works, to whom, what is registered, where the money is unofficially invested. And, yes, Pavel is under the complete influence of Vatanin and those people from the special services who stand behind him.
Former opera men are beginning to take up leadership positions in Prigozhin’s business empire one after another. And the mysterious deaths continue.
As the Cheka-OGPU has already reported, billionaire and St. Petersburg businessman Andrei Godunov died in an “avalanche.”
During his lifetime, Yevgeny Prigozhin invested large sums in Godunov’s projects iPort (reseller of Apple equipment), the Samsung store chain, etc.
According to the source, among those with whom Vatanin recently had conversations was Godunov. There was talk about the return of Prigozhin Sr.’s investment, but a categorical refusal was received. Godunov referred to losses.
