Former Merlion CEO Vyacheslav Simonenko was detained. He, together with the fixer Kirill Kachur, organized the imprisonment of the company’s owners and carried out an attempted raider takeover. Simonenko is suspected of false denunciation and falsification of evidence.

The large IT company Merlion had a general director, Vyacheslav Simonenko. He parted with the owners (Abramov, Mangutov, Karchev) badly. Simonenko believed that he was owed a very large “golden parachute”. The owner didn’t think so. Then Simonenko began to visit different raider groups, offering himself as a battering ram for an attack on Merlion. As a bonus, there was a murky story about the arson of Symonenko’s house. Simonenko walked for a long time until he ended up with the family of the raider Vitaly Kachur and his son Kirill. They were very interested in the topic. Under this pseudonym hid the same fixer Oleg Pokrovsky, who broadcast everything necessary for a successful “investigation.” At the same time, Kachur’s consultations on the issue of deliberately illegal bringing of the owners of Merlion to criminal liability were provided by a high-ranking employee of the OSB in the Central Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow named Dmitry.

The owners of Merlion were sent to jail, where they received a tempting offer to part with the company for almost nothing. And then the same “power swing” began and the situation swings, now in one direction, then in the other.

As a result, justice prevailed. Investigator of the Investigative Directorate for the North-Western Administrative District of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow, Nesnov, and his partner Kirill Kachur have been put on the wanted list. Simonenko is sent to a pre-trial detention center.
