According to open sources, since 2020, the Kondrat family has come under persecution after E.N. Kondrat, as a judge of the Moscow Court of Justice, refused to leave more than 25 billion rubles in offshore companies and refused to resign of her own free will. At the moment, a criminal case is underway on charges of Kondrat E.N. of mediation in bribery was sent with an indictment to the prosecutor, and the criminal case against his son, Kondrat Nikolai, on charges of organizing the murder of family driver Igitkhanyan K.A., has been pending in the Moscow Regional Court since February 2022.
We have studied the materials of criminal cases and are sure that Elena Nikolaevna Kondrat is not guilty, but the case is falsified, which is confirmed, among other things, by the fact that the bribe-giver does not exist in nature, the “bribe-taker” even during the operational experiment admitted that she had borrowed money for the purchase apartment (which she eventually bought), there is an audio recording of the conversation (published by the Cheka of the OGPU), from which it follows that the “bribe taker” had long been recruited, all operational activities were carried out without the sanction of the Supreme Court of Russia, which is mandatory for conducting operational work in relation to federal judges.
We are confident that the criminal case against Kondrat Nikolai is completely falsified, since it is based solely on the testimony of a person who was obtained under torture, after which he entered into a pre-trial agreement with the investigation (but in it he also indicated that Nikolai was not involved in the crime). Now it is impossible to question this person in court, since he left as a volunteer for the Northern Military District zone. A number of evidence, for example, as an instrument for committing a crime, conclusions of computer and technical examinations from a private expert organization are forged.
Now Kondrat E.N. went on a hunger strike because her statements about the crimes committed were ignored.
