The former head of the Dubna Machine-Building Plant (DAZ – manufacturer of the Moskit cruise missile, X-22, X-55 missiles), and now top manager of Roscosmos Sergei Datsko, was questioned by military investigators in connection with the following episode. When Major General, Deputy General Director of PJSC RTI Vyacheslav Lobuzko decided to thank the receiver of the Ministry of Defense Marchukov for turning a blind eye to large-scale thefts in the systems of the Ministry of Defense, he entrusted this issue to Datsko. Since Marchukov wanted an apartment for his relative, Datsko fictitiously employed the woman at DAZ and, as an employee, provided her with a subsidy for the purchase of housing. However, for now Datsko appears in the case as a witness.

But the next accused, according to the Cheka-OGPU, in the case of fraud during the construction of the National Center for State Defense Management (NTSUOG) will be the former deputy head of finance of RTI Rostislav Rychkov. He has already been questioned as a witness. During the investigation, it was established that it was he who was associated with all financial fraud. In the near future, the former immediate supervisor of Lobuzko and Rychkov, the former general designer of the missile attack warning system, Sergei Boev, who headed RTI until 2016, and then became the general director of Vympel, where the whole trio continued to work together, will also be interrogated. Rychkov continues to head Vympel’s financial block to this day.

The scale of thefts during the construction of NCUOG is astounding.
And the responsible employees of the Ministry of Defense from military acceptance turned a blind eye to this on orders from above.
