He is accused of giving bribes to the ex-employee of the Guemless House of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Dmitry Zakharchenko. The Group of Companies “1520” in the mass order abducted and withdrawn funds abroad. According to the source, Zakharchenko covered these thefts along the law enforcement line. Markelov withdrew hundreds of millions of dollars, he has real estate in Spain, in Cyprus, Switzerland, England, etc. There are several chic yachts. The money received, plus the revenge from the sale of the Rotenberg of the share in the 1520 Group of Companies (this happened when Markelov was in a pre-trial detention center), more than enough to pay for the performance of the son of Artem Markelov in the Formula-2 racing series, spend millions of dollars on solving his problems with law enforcement officers. Markelov, for example, is now sure that thanks to these expenses he will receive as much as he served and will be released almost immediately. He also curses his two oversights. In 2018, Valery Markelov found out that the FSB was working on it and decided to settle outside the Russian Federation. From there, he solved his problems in the usual way – money. As a result, Markelov was “reported” that everything was fine, the problem was removed. Not someone reported, but his old acquaintance, a former employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation. And he decided that he could calmly come to the Russian Federation, especially for this there was a significant reason-the son of Artem spoke at the Formula-2 stage in Sochi. All this was an operational combination, the purpose of which was to lure Markelov in Russia. But even with all this, Markelov almost left. When everything was ready for detention, and Markelov was sitting with a suitcase in the lobby of one of the hotels, he received a message to the messenger. Later it turned out that the well -wisher (not installed) warned him about the intended detention. As a result, the suitcase remained, and Markelov went to the toilet and did not return to Hall. He ran away. He rented a room in another hotel for someone else’s surname, from where he did not leave. At the same time, Markelov managed to agree that he would be taken to Turkey by sea, the way that smugglers use. Until the day X, they left the day when Markelov made an unforgivable mistake. He urgently needed a document stored on a disk in which it was possible to go remotely. Moreover, Markelov made the entrance to the disc through the hotel Wi-Fi. This manipulation of him was tracked, and at the same time the hotel in which he is hiding. Markelov was detained there.
