The Tushinsky District Court of Moscow is considering a civil lawsuit that clearly shows how the actions of security forces can be aimed at helping one of the parties. Offshore owners are seeking to take possession of real estate acquired by Russian companies. It is surprising that a person who is on the international wanted list can pull off such combinations.
It’s about business where the plaintiff is the founder of Special Technologies LLC, 81-year-old Ivan Serov. Previously, he owned a St. Petersburg company with the same type of activity and name; it was passed on to Serov the father from his son, Mikhail Serov. This happened due to the fact that the latter is listed in the Interpol wanted list for violent acts with minors.
The son took everything valuable from the company. In 2015, Serov sold real estate in St. Petersburg and Moscow – two non-residential premises. They are believed to have passed to the offshore companies Rowena Services LTD and Recordmax Participation Limited. A year later, the owner of these premises changed again – it became ST-Invest LLC. In February 2022, the activities of the Czech company in Russia were blocked. And about a year later, contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate were sent to the MFC for registration in Rosreestr, according to which Evolution Systems is the seller, and the buyers are Moscow Proxima-C LLC and ITKOM LLC.
On September 25 of this year, the Tushinsky District Court received a lawsuit on behalf of Ivan Serov, in which he stated that he had been the owner of the said property since 2015, in the same year it was allegedly registered in the name of the Cypriot Perfecttechno Partners Ltd. As evidence, Serov attached to the statement of claim the investigator’s resolution, where Perfectechno Partners Ltd, in his person, is recognized as a victim in a criminal case.
Later in history, Mikhail Serov himself appeared, but now as Nikolai Gurich. Business partners began to receive notifications from him regarding a real estate dispute.
UK Estate PRO LLC, having doubted what was happening, conducted a handwriting examination, which confirmed that Mikhail Serov signed for Nikolai Gurich.
As they say, the relevant information about Serov was received by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. But Ivan Serov’s “well-wishers” from among the security forces found a way to solve the problem – simply confiscate the documents from the lawyers! There was a wave of searches at the addresses of lawyers and participants in the transaction.
The bottom line is the manipulations of Mikhail and Ivan Serov with their shares in Evolution systems sro – a veil to create the appearance of a crime and divert the buildings to convenient offshores.
