In the conclusion it is written: Ivanov probably participated in the embezzlement committed by the former president of the Vogue V.N. Rukhledev from 2013 to 2019, as he worked in VOG in those years. I had no material benefit from this. The investigation does not have the necessary evidence, therefore, in order to find it, it demands that Ivanov be arrested so that he does not run away and intimidate witnesses.

While the investigator in the SD was bringing charges and the fact of the arrest had not yet even taken place, the executive director of the Vog Grigory Turintsev was already announcing to the members of the Central Committee that everyone had been imprisoned, that the investigation was supposedly under the control of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, and that it was necessary to urgently appoint an acting vigilante. Members of the VOG board are mostly hearing impaired, people inexperienced in matters of public administration and the practice of work of internal affairs bodies. Completely shocked by what was happening, they followed all the instructions of the executive director and approved the acting chairman of the Orenburg regional branch, Ilfat Kudakaev. After this, Turintsev took Kudakaev into circulation and in fact began to manage the organization of disabled people.
Then Turintsev began calling board members and key employees and showing them a certain list that he allegedly received from the investigative department – a group of people who would be arrested in the next tranche. In the event that they do not fulfill everything that is required of them, and also come to Ivanov’s defense and sign any related documents.
And already in the morning, members of the board were informed that the Russian Authors’ Society had allegedly been approved by the Presidential Administration as an organization controlling the All-Russian Society of the Deaf.

As it turned out, in 2020, when VOG was experiencing another crisis, RAO was among the organizations that offered their friendly assistance. They were recommended by one of the tenants of the VOG building, who said that the Russian Authors’ Society has many lawyers and extensive experience in working with elections. Who could have guessed then what this experience actually consisted of?
The previous leadership left a heavy legacy – in the first year of Ivanov’s presidency alone, VOG was involved in more than 70 courts. Of course, there was no money for litigation in the VOG budget. And Krichevsky and his lawyers began to provide the promised assistance. But the lawyers of the new partners turned out to be quite strange. They lost the largest cases, claiming that nothing could be done. And when the leaders of VOG turned to them for advice, they began to carefully hint that apparently they would need to sell something…
But Ivanov was adamant.
Then his “partners” began to threaten him, citing their ability to use corruption mechanisms in law enforcement agencies.
The result of these actions was the high-profile detention of the president of the Vog and four members of the board.
