The post in the span, of course, implies immunity from criminal prosecution, but, as practice shows, the prosecutor general is not at all difficult to attend a plenary meeting to ask the senators to relieve immunity from a guilty colleague. This can easily repeat it with Tsalikov, whom investigators have already interrogated the criminal case of his ex-colleague Timur Ivanov, who has been in jail since April 2024 on charges of bribes.
Despite the fact that Tsalikov is formally a witness in Ivanov’s case, like Shoigu, he turned out to be an undesirable guest at the Victory Parade on May 9. The Supreme Khural Tuva on Red Square on Victory Day was represented by another veteran of his (Tsalikov formally also took part in the hostilities) of the Tagba Monga.
