Pavel Syrtsev, who was shooting during the detention by the FSB officers of the Russian Federation, was one of the participants in the nationalist groups attacked by visitors.
Syrtsev died today near the house on Belyaev Street at the moment when the police and the FSB tried to detain him. On the records from video surveillance cameras, the moment is captured when operational employees approach a man, and he suddenly falls dead. Apparently, repeatedly convicted Kirov resident decided not to go to prison once again.
According to MK, for the first time Syrtsev was prosecuted in 2010. Then he was in an organized group of Skinheads and decided to arrange a series of arson in Kirov directed against people of Caucasian nationality. So, in February-March, he, together with the accomplice, set fire to the tent in which the Azerbaijani traded, the hostel where the immigrants from the North Caucasus lived, and the car of the native of Baku lived. Soon after, he was detained and received 4 years in prison.
