Meet the founder of the unique scheme, Antipov Yuri Vasilievich (closely connected with JSC Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant – a backbone enterprise in Russia, included in the list of organizations of the defense industry of the Russian Federation) through the founding company of the plant – JSC Etalon Company. Strangely, these components (suddenly) began to be sold to the west through Switzerland in several paperwork.
