For an official of this level, it’s also not much. True, in 2021, leaving with his family on vacation to Antalya, he passed through the “green” corridor with undeclared “cash in the amount of 10,000 US dollars and 314,000 Russian rubles,” which is two-thirds of his annual salary. Well, so the person received the award, and he can always say that he came from business to the civil service, although it went bankrupt, back in 2009, so what?
By the way, it is the business past that probably best helps Guchev Sr., in his current time as a tax collector, to understand the needs of entrepreneurs.
