Companies are suspected of conspiracy for artificial maintenance at the auction
The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) revealed a cartel in the framework of the National Project “Safe High -quality Roads” worth more than 1 billion rubles, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports with reference to The official website of the department.
The Antimonopoly Office opened a case of a violation of antitrust laws in relation to Giprostroymost JSC and Kuzovatovskoye DRSU LLC.
It should be noted that companies are suspected of concluding a conspiracy for artificial maintenance of trade prices.
They took part in tenders for the repair, overhaul and maintenance of roads in the territory of the Ulyanovsk region. Some of these bidding were carried out as part of the implementation of the national project “Safe high -quality roads”.
The main evidence, including information about the joint activities of companies, were collected during unscheduled inspections conducted in the offices of organizations in the Ulyanovsk region.
The total amount of initial prices for work contracts amounted to 1,273,686,359 rubles. In case of guilt, companies may threaten the imposition of working fines.
