Exhibition by the Black Mirror channel of an archive with official correspondence and documents…

The exhibition by the Black Mirror channel of an archive with official correspondence and documents of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan will certainly have a negative impact on Sergei Melikov’s shares on the political exchange, but the Cheka-OGPU was interested in how the information security market works in Russia.
In fact, the entire market is controlled by two companies: Infotex and Security Code. The rest can be ignored due to their very insignificant presence.

Due to the lack of competition, these two companies set exorbitant prices for their products, and government agencies and legal entities have to put up with this. Another feature is that if you bought a solution from one of the market leaders, you will forever remain tied to it, because otherwise, you have to create secure networks from scratch.
The scheme works as follows: the contractor books software for a specific customer, in the case of Infotex, for a specific network. Next, the Customer announces a tender, in which the contractor wins, since this software is simply not shipped to other persons.

With this scheme, the contractor receives income, the customer receives his kickback, and Infotex and the Code continue to set their own rules.

FSTEC and the Federal Antimonopoly Service could have broken this harmful practice, but they are clearly in over their heads and are not taking any measures.
Our words will be confirmed by the lack of reaction from FSTEC to the hacking of the internal network of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan, thanks to which 70 GB of official correspondence appeared in the public domain.
In general, we watch and wait
