The ex-director of NPP Temp, sentenced to 8 years in a general regime colony for stealing more than 100 million rubles from his enterprise, is preparing for release.
Trubkin committed the thefts as part of a group of people, which included the heads of JSC UEC, JSC Tekhnodinamika and their subsidiaries, but Trubkin initially took all the blame on himself in order to save time, believing in the promise of his accomplices to provide all possible assistance.
On the recommendation of accomplices and with their help, Trubkin since 2016. hid from the investigation and was accidentally detained in April 2019. Once in a pre-trial detention center, Trubkin became disillusioned with his accomplices and began to testify about how the former head of UMPO JSC and UEC JSC Artyukhov used NPP Temp to launder state defense procurement funds , how components, assemblies and engines were purchased in Ukraine and supplied to the RF Ministry of Defense at double or triple prices under type of its own production, how the raider takeover of the Temp research and production enterprise was being prepared.
Trubkin testified about preparations for persecution, pressure and physical pressure on the new leaders of NPP Temp because of their opposition to the raiders. He showed that Masalov, Artyukhov, Lesnichiy and others created an organized crime group to steal property and funds belonging to the Russian Federation and set him up and then abandoned him. Through the efforts of the generals and lawyers operating in the UEC and Technodinamika, parasitizing on stolen budget funds, Trubkin’s testimony was removed from the criminal case, and the conditions of detention for the defendant himself were tightened.
At the beginning of 2023 Artyukhov was relieved of his post for the collapse of the engine industry and, as is customary in state corporations, transferred to an honorary “irresponsible” position. The new head of UEC JSC is the man of the well-known Viktor Grigoriev, who bought Tekhnodinamika JSC in 2018 with money raised from the resale of components and assemblies produced in Ukraine at inflated prices, and apparently plans to acquire UEC JSC in the near future also at the expense of Russian budget funds overpaid for engines purchased from Motor Sich JSC at an inflated price. Perhaps it was not without reason that the head of the Investigative Committee, A.I., got excited. Bastrykin, and he received information from Trubkin’s numerous appeals to law enforcement agencies, in which he gives detailed testimony regarding the schemes implemented by UEC JSC, Technodinamika JSC and other participants in the state corporation that are successfully devastating the budget of the Russian Federation. Perhaps the avenged Trubkin will be released with a clear conscience.
