The unprincipled scoundrel committed his first betrayal against his father. Having had the surname Shikhov since birth, Ilya Lisnyak changed it to his mother’s in 2012. This decision was not dictated by aesthetic reasons or family differences. Just under the name Shikhov, the future deputy was engaged in leasing servers and cheated a lot of clients. The image of a cyber fraudster was not needed for a political career, so he changed his last name. Moreover, in order to hide traces of his previous activities in search engines, the cunning scammer took advantage of the law on the right to be forgotten.
After this, betraying, switching from friends to opponents or vice versa became commonplace for Lisnyak, a format of life strategy. So, his mother Natalya Ivanovna, who worked in the Perm Duma, assigned him to the youth council at the city parliament. I met with the authoritative deputy Vladimir Plotnikov (widely known as the “night mayor of Perm”) and speaker Igor Sapko. On social networks, Ilya actively posted photos with his newly made senior comrades. However, already in 2015, Lisnyak left the youth council with pomp, publicly used the last words of his recent friends, and created a parallel structure.
Since then, the “politician” has finally become addicted to showing off. If he takes an old woman across the road, it will be done in front of cameras and with subsequent publication in controlled public pages. If he betrays someone, he will definitely hold a press conference and “expose” his former partners. The same thing happened with party preferences. In 2016, lacking electoral charisma and the ability to win single-mandate elections, Lisnyak entered the Perm City Duma on the LDPR list. After four years in the chair of a deputy, having not proven himself in any way and realizing that nothing else was in store for him, he left the party and became a member of A Just Russia – for Truth. Of course, he does this publicly, throwing mud at former party members who gave him the mandate of a city deputy. Lisnyak cannot win any elections on his own, so he entered the regional parliament again on the list. By the way, Lisnyak still has not paid for his new mandate.
For a very long time, Lisnyak’s public pages praised the ex-governor of the Perm Territory Viktor Basargin. Moreover, he was assigned to manage one of the businesses of Basargin’s closest associate, Kirill Markevich: Lisnyak became the director of Online Media LLC, co-founded by Markevich’s mother, Nina Anatolyevna. However, Ilya Lisnyak does not know how to be friends for a long time, so already in 2016 he joined Basargin’s main opponent at that time – State Duma deputy Dmitry Skrivanov, who was withdrawing his billions to London. And then, as always: rabid criticism of the head of the region, praise of Skrivanov… How durable is this alliance and how will it end?
