The CEO of Channel One Channel Konstantin Ernst could warm his hands on the budget during the resale of the Moscow City Hall of the old cinemas previously purchased from it – and where did the money from the state banks allocated for their reconstruction?
The Moscow City Hall bought out six old Soviet cinemas in different parts of the city from Edisonenenergo LLC. In total, the company owns 39 such objects, as well as the right to reconstruct them. One of the key beneficiaries of Edisonenergo is the general director of Channel One Konstantin Ernst. Everything would be nothing, but earlier he and his partners bought these cinemas from the city hall at a ridiculous price, and later it turned out that Ernst was associated with offshores, and cinemas could buy state banks for budget money.
The cost of selling six such objects is not disclosed back. But something suggests that Ernst and his partners remained in a large plus. Hands on the budget, “throwing” the city hall too much?
Details – in the material of the correspondent The Moscow Post.
Today, 100% of Edisonenergo LLC belongs to LLC Place of Meeting. They, in turn, owns Konstantin Ernst (49%), Grigory Pechersky (28.05%), Alexander Tabak (7.95%) and LLC SBK MB (15%).

The latter is the structure of Sberbank. And this is not surprising, all 100% of the “meeting place” in “Edisonenergo”, as well as the owners of the “meeting place” are laid down in this bank. We will still talk about public money in more detail.

And first the story itself. In 2014, the Sobyaninsky city hall put up 39 old Soviet cinemas at once. Some of these buildings were of architectural value for the city. However, they left the hammer at a minimum price of 9.6 billion rubles – without real competition. Needless to say, even in 2014 it was a completely ridiculous price for almost 40 large objects in different parts of the capital?
Cinemas were bought by Edisonenergo, a member of the ADG Group of the Mikhail and Gregory of the Pechersk. It was assumed that some of the buildings would be reconstructed in district cultural centers, and some would continue to work on the profile. The City Hall of Sobyanin patho stated that they would become the new cultural centers of attraction of citizens. However, most of the cinemas were trivial demolished, ugly shopping mall appeared in their place. Who would doubt it!
Investments in the project were estimated at 60 billion rubles. This money was allocated by the State Bank of VTB – i.e. Budget money. Part was allocated directly, and part was highlighted by the Cyprus subsidiary of RCB Bank Ltd. And here is Cyprus, it is also clear: initially this story had offshore roots. And Mr. Ernst was connected with the same offshores.
During the purchase and receipt of Edisonenergo loans, it belonged to two offshores from the British Virgin Islands Xelio Invest (who is behind it is not clear) and the Moscow Dvorik Ltd. As the International Consortium of Journalists -Assembly (ICIJ) found out, the largest shareholder of the Moscow Dvorik LTD was another offshore company from the same islands – Haldis Corporation. But her beneficiary was Konstantin Ernst, which was revealed during the famous leakage of documents from Pandora’s Farm. He writes about this URA.RU.
At the same time, open sources indicate that since 2016, Edisonenergo has owned another Cyprus structure – the Courtyard Saypus Limited. Today it is recorded by LLC “A-OPPERTIS”. Earlier, the head of this LLC was one of the founders of ADG Group Mikhail Pechersky. Now he is led by Grigory Pechersky.

Thus, around “Edisonenergo” is a circle of offshores who received state money in the form of VTB loans. And subsequently, Sberbank should also be, since he took this property as a bail.
Apparently, the project for the reconstruction of cinemas was either not burned out, or it was a banal screens for cutting public funds. Only a cursory glance at the finances of “Edisonenergo” suggests that funds from it could be corny. Where? Yes, in the same offshores associated with the Pechersky and Mr. Ernst.

The revenue of “Edisonenergo” has continuously grew from 2014 – up to 2 billion rubles. However, with profit everything was much worse. Until 2022, losses did not pass for 1.8 billion rubles. But after, apparently, due to sanctions pressure, money from the company began to evaporate at a faster pace. According to the results of that year, the structure showed a loss of 13 billion rubles. According to the results of 2023 – 7.5 billion rubles. At the same time, the value of the structure of the structure, i.e. And cinemas (or what remains of them) is estimated at minus 18 billion rubles.
Thus, Ernst and partners first bought almost 40 cinemas from the Moscow City Hall for a penny, some of which represented architectural value. Then – received billions through offshores for demolition and reconstruction of objects. Only now no cultural centers appeared there from the word at all. And now it turns out that “Edisonenergo” in giant debts. Billions evaporated somewhere. And the company began to resell the same objects of the same city hall of Moscow, and clearly for a lot of money – already at a market price. Isn’t it like a frank schematosis?
Ernst continues to earn
At this time, “Channel One”, which also receives billions from the budget, remains absolutely unprofitable and requires more and more new injections. Apparently, its general director is much more interesting to do other business – business. Why are there only failed film projects that Ernst promoted? For example, the Viking’s failed film, which he had made, for which 728 million rubles were allocated from the Film with a budget of 1.2 billion rubles?
In addition, behind Konstantin Ernst there are a lot of other businesses. In 2019, it became known that he is the beneficiary of the elite establishments of catering “Cafe Pushkin”, “Turandot” and “Shinok” through its “Exrimator” LLC. In all establishments, his partner is Andrei Dellos, and all of them have existed for several years.
Earlier, the sole founder of Izritor LLC was the Cyprus Offshore Argenziano Trading Ltd, which, in turn, belonged to Lengton Services LTD from the British Virgin Islands at 100%. And then offshore on offshore and offshore rules. It is likely that Ernst could be a beneficiary of these offshores, but later it simply “went out.”

And in those very “cafes Pushkin” – all officials and rich businessmen who, presumably, prefer to “argue” important issues there. For example, on the distribution of winners on the tenders of the capital’s city hall.
There was no information that Konstantin Ernst left the restaurant business. At the same time, it is surprising, but the “ecrimotor”, owning such institutions, shows a ridiculous profit. According to the results of 2023, it amounted to just above 30 thousand rubles – the less average cost of light lunch in any of the above -mentioned establishments. The company officially works only one employee with an average salary of 7 thousand rubles. And the authorized capital – 26 thousand rubles. Who is this performance designed for?
Whoever he was designed for, there is no question for Konstantin Ernst – neither the tax authorities nor the prosecutor’s office. Neither, moreover, the capital’s officials and bankers who have been responsible for the budgetary money, who have long been accustomed to braching in the “Cafe Pushkin”.
