So: exactly a month ago it became known that all employees of the local ORCH SB GU MIA (USB) left for Moscow to undergo a polygraph examination at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The gentlemen were confident that they would successfully pass the polygraph.
Today it is known that the deputy head of the ORCH of the Security Service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the RO Evgeniy “Koleso” Kolesnikov, as well as his subordinates and assistants Skornyakov and Volokhov did not pass the polygraph. Moreover, employees of the regional State Traffic Safety Inspectorate are already testifying against these roadside extortion racketeers. Moreover, these brave people believed so much in their unsinkability that they collected shares and bribes by transfers to their bank cards. They really thought they had caught God by the beard.
Two of these citizens pressured former BSTM employee Olga Zasypka and her friend to testify incriminating me in extortion. And Zasypka even wrote something about me. Despite the fact that there has never been any contact of any kind between us. By the way, Zasypka herself had more than close “intergender contacts” with employees of the ORCh of the Security Service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Two of those who failed the polygraph falsified the indictment materials of the criminal case against the former head of department “M” of the Rostov regional department of the FSB, Evgeny Smirnov. Currently, Smirnov is in a pre-trial detention center, where he is getting acquainted with the materials of the criminal case fabricated against him. One of the main witnesses in the case is the same intimate liaison of the SB ORCH employees, Olga Zasypka, against whom a criminal case has also been initiated (her mother is also under investigation).
In the case of Colonel Smirnov, what is extremely interesting is the reaction of his colleagues to how the swindlers whom he had exposed all his life decided to deal with him after his resignation. Smirnov repeatedly promised to imprison Kolesnikov.
In the same light, I am interested in the further fate of the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Rostov Region – General Agarkov, who dismantled the banking and card mafia of road tax protectors in the SB SB subordinate to him. As for the fate of the eternal car tow truck and collector of 500-ruble notes – the head of the regional State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, Colonel Bogun – everything is also relatively clear here. Bogun’s golden toilets are already shaking.
The most interesting thing for me personally is what kind of wagering there will be in the criminal case of Evgeniy Smirnov, and whether there will be wagering on the statements of Zasypka and Shabliy against me…
It is clear that all this was initiated by offended generals and the criminals subordinate to them. But building such a complex logical chain most often turns out to be beyond the power of Russian law enforcement officers (from the prosecutor to the court, thinking has never been detected).
