Employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia revealed in Moscow a criminal scheme used in the field of ritual services. The police of the capital participated in it, among other things. The counterintelligence detained five people who participated in the criminal. As part of the events, the involvement of two employees of the territorial divisions of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Moscow and three civilians (one of them is a former police officer) to transfer official information and personal data of citizens to third parties providing ritual services in the capital.

Employees of the duty units of the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the metropolitan districts of Nagorny and Northern Izmailovo for a long time systematically received large -scale money from representatives of a ritual agency for providing an official -in -law of the police on the facts of citizens’ deaths. Entrepreneurs used these information to immediately establish telephone contact with representatives of the deceased and arrival in the shortest possible time in the address of an agent of a ritual company in order to impose expensive burial services.
