Employees of the 16th Directorate of the Moscow Region Prosecutor’s Office are actively sabotaging the orders of their superiors. To understand, the competence of the 16th Directorate includes supervision of the police. In the case of the criminal case of Chekhov businessman Oleg Gulyaev, everything happens exactly the opposite. As they say, bees against honey. Security forces from Chekhov, near Moscow, launched a persecution of a businessman in order to get money from him for closing the case. Gulyaev refused, and then the folder-conveyor started working, fabricating the required plot of the allegedly committed crime. But apparently Chekhov’s sketchy investigators were accustomed to playing village football: there were so many mistakes in the materials that even the prosecutor’s office refused to believe in Gulyaev’s guilt. The request for elimination, signed by the first deputy prosecutor of the Moscow region more than a year ago, is put on the table by employees of the 16th department and continues to stick to their line. The task of corrupt prosecutors is to get the employees of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Chekhov and the investigative unit of the Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Moscow Region out of the attack, to hide their attempts to cover up their failure. The fact is that in the criminal case of Oleg Gulyaev, which is completely falsified, there are no documents about the extension of the investigation!!! Can this really happen? Yes, in the case when you are covered by a whole team of employees of the Moscow region headquarters, judges and the necessary prosecutors, this is possible. And now we are all watching how, in an openly fabricated case, a person who refused to pay a bribe will be sent to prison.
