Earlier, colleagues from the Cheka-OGPU reported that employees of the Main Military Administration of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation were sent to the special operation zone. Military directorate investigators investigate war crimes. The composition and identities of those sent on business are kept strictly secret even from colleagues. Recently, to provide a legal basis for the stay of ICR employees, the ICR signed a number of agreements on cooperation and interaction with law enforcement agencies of the DPR and LPR.
Employees of the center say that since the end of February they have been working in an intensive mode. The main directions are rallies and detection of crimes under Articles 207 and 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A special emphasis for operatives is placed on the fight against nationalists. Attention in this area has been intensified after the call of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi Mikita Zhuiko to make the looting of churches of the Moscow Patriarchate a mass phenomenon. On March 4, in the Shchelkovo urban district, three Orthodox crosses were cut into small pieces. One symbol of the Christian faith was destroyed at the entrance to the village of Fryanovo, the second – near the monument to fallen soldiers in the Great Patriotic War in the village of Golovino, and the third – on the road to the village of Mavrino. These were the so-called worship crosses, acting as a replacement for churches in vacant lots. Previously, this was the work of nationalists who disguised themselves as builders. A criminal case has been initiated under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Vandalism”.
The quietest place is in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Today the traditional special operation “Wanted” started. Operas from all over the CIS will organize a two-day marathon raid on those who are wanted (as a rule, these are alimony workers, violators of migration laws, etc.). At the end, the number of implementations will be summed up.
