Sergeev, the owner of a huge fortune, numerous expensive commercial and residential real estate in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Monaco, prudently registered in the name of legal entities registered in the name of his retired parents and younger sister. Since 2015, Sergeev and his parents were regularly mentioned in the St. Petersburg business publication “Business Petersburg” as the owners of expensive commercial real estate in the historical center of St. Petersburg. One of the many expensive objects owned by Sergeev is the Warehouse complex of buildings, put into operation in 2014 (thefts in Novo-Ogarevo since 2012!), located on the border of the Vsevolozhsk district and St. Petersburg, at the exit from the Ring Road, which increases the rental rate several times such premises. In one of the buildings of the complex there is the St. Petersburg office of the famous company TECHNOFLOT (legal name of Technofresh LLC), which has long belonged to Sergeev and Küner. The Cheka-OGPU has already spoken about the Moscow office of TECHNOFLOT, located in premises owned by Kuehner, and as in the case of Sergeev, registered in the name of the parents of his wife, Natalia Kuehner, previously modest St. Petersburg pensioners. The photos of this warehouse complex speak for themselves – how much damage can be paid off from the sale of this property! But the injured party, which is recognized by the FSO of the Russian Federation, had no interest in Sergeev’s real estate. The representative of the FSO, Colonel Alexander Kolodin, did not file a petition to the court to arrest this object for subsequent repayment of damage, as well as other objects.
