If you look into it, it turns out that the fault in this situation lies with the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Tver region, Alexander Klinovsky, who put the subsidiary of Surgutneftegaz at the service of his pocket. For years, Klinovsky used the settlement accounts of Tvernefteprodukt and gas stations to cash out funds from Terminal Service, As a result, he gained fame as the richest deputy in the region. “Terminal Service” and “Tvernefteproduct” were in the same hands, so documents for the supply of fuel were easily drawn up.

When the cash-out scheme at the gas station was revealed, Klinovsky could not explain the inconsistencies, for which Surgutneftegaz fired him from his position as director in 2021. Now the chair of the deputy chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Tver region is shaking under Klinovsky. Having lost all the trials, he decided to do the traditional thing – to blame the ordinary people for everything, that is, the creditors who suffered at the hands of his company, Terminal Service. According to Tvernefteprodukt, the entire trial against Terminal Service was orchestrated by the lawyers of the injured party in 2022, but it is not mentioned that Klinovsky, through Terminal Service, staged a raider takeover of the IT company Viakard in 2016, after which he lost unique software and equipment worth several billion. Lawyers for creditors, whom Klinovsky accuses of all sins, came to the defense of the victims only in 2021, that is, after 5 years of active proceedings.

As a result, all the losses of the creditors were transferred by the courts to Klinovsky, after which he, having become skilled at the troubles of the residents of the Tver region, began to use “social programs” – to intimidate all residents of the region that they would be left without gasoline. Tvernefteprodukt, by agreement with Klinovsky, is silent that Klinovsky’s losses are not claimed against it at all, and they will be able to receive the previously stolen money from the former leader. That is, in any case, Tvernefteprodukt goes to zero, and Klinovsky will answer for his actions on his own. We are confident that the Tver region will survive the return of previously stolen property personally by Klinovsky, and that motorists will not run out of gasoline.

It is characteristic that, in search of a topic to justify himself to officials from United Russia, Klinovsky turned his tongue to accuse the director of RKK Capital, Musya Bulatovich Kurmaev, of working for Western intelligence services. Apparently the head of Tvernefteprodukt did not know that he was talking about a colonel of the GRU of the Russian Armed Forces, a veteran of the Afghan war, well-known in military circles.
