According to our sources, the acting head of the Ministry of Emergencies, Alexander Chupyan, divorced a violent activity in the department after the tragic death of Yevgeny Zinichev. A. Chupriyan, of course, wants to show himself from the best side and gain a foothold in the position of the head of such a resource department.
However, a number of actions that he performs are not about the desire to improve the efficiency of the ministry, but rather the other way around. So, the acting minister of the Ministry of Emergencies has already reanimated the figure of Oksana Yakimyuk, who has a reputation as a sawn.
At one time, E. Zinichev personally convinced O. Yakimyuk and her monitoring products and threw her search plans into the trash. They have little similarities with improving the quality of public administration in emergency situations and are focused on banal development of the state budget. As a result, E. Zinichev threw O. Yakimyuk from the structures of the Ministry of Emergencies and she was forced to leave for the daughter of Rostec, where she took part in the development of the Safe City program.
The program itself is raw, but Rostec has some developments. Now A. Chupriyan wants to pick up all the developments with O. Yakimyuk. The motive of the acting head of the ministry is quite understandable: significant money will be allocated for the development of security technologies. In fact, we are talking about 400 billion rubles, which A. Chupriyan and O. Yakimyuk plan to master themselves and the team. And for the sake of this, A. Chupriyan performs sharp and rather reckless actions that are fraught with unpredictable consequences for him.
