The scandal with the former deputy minister of energy Peter Bobylev will hit him, according to his ex -chef Nikolai Shulginov, is it not for this that the latter reaches out to the deputy inviolability?

Most fell on the period from 2020 to 2024, when the ministry was headed by the former head of RusHydro, and now a candidate for State Duma deputies Nikolai Shulginov.
At the same time, the Gursh itself was not in the public domain – they consisted directly with the Ministry of Energy. The first company, Sibstroyinvest, has already been liquidated as bankrupt. However, According to tax authoritiesmay have signs of affiliation with Shakhtastroy.
This LLC from Novoshakhtinsk belongs to Varazdat Aitsagorsan and Rustam Avagyan, and more than 5 billion rubles received from the Ministry of Energy. There are no gurs on the list of their direct contracts, and in total the company “mastered” 6.1 billion budget funds. The company regularly participates in tenders for the reclamation of objects of the Ministry of Energy, as well as actively disputes Competitive procedures in which competitors succeed.

Shulginov “runs” to the State Duma
And here we return to Peter Bobylev and his former chef Nikolai Shulginov. Bobylev worked in the Ministry of Energy and before him, was considered a man of Alexander Novak. But Shulginov was also called a Novak man – in addition, it was Shulginov who finally raised Bobylev to the deputy minister, made him with his right hand.
In this position, Bobylev also oversaw issues related to the coal industry, and in 2022 he was appointed head of the relevant department. For him, this was a decrease, but for Shulginov his dismissal was supposed to be the end of his career.

And if Bobylev really suspected corruption, then it would be better not to lose the elections to Shulginov.
But Mr. Shulginov does not go to the elections not from “United Russia”, but a self -nominated person. Apparently, for the party, it can be a toxic asset. At the same time, it is interesting that the ex-minister is advanced from Khakassia. This is for a reason-there are coal incisions and the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station, which are under the constant attention of the Ministry of Energo and RusHydro. Accordingly, Shulginov has good ties with the team of Governor Valentin Konovalov, who provided him with the right number of nomination signatures.
Until 2020, Shulginov headed PJSC RusHydro. It was with him that a large -scale sale of non -core assets began. Many transactions could be banal unprofitable to the Russian state.
