As the Cheka-OGPU found out, around the estate with the palace, which attribute to Vladimir Putin, there is now a trial. The Voronezh Regional Public Organization of Disabled Impuls is trying to recognize trading as invalid, as a result of which the Clesteria Idokopos was concluded with LLC Kolos (official owner of the palace) – it is occupied by the Putin Palace, and the shore is a component of a huge estate.
The announcement of the auction was published in the Gelendzhik city newspaper Surge and took part in it by Kolos LLC (winner) and APEX South JSC (vineyard owner in Divnomorsk). Both of the company appear in the investigation of Alexei Navalny.
The organization of people with disabilities believe that serious violations were committed during trading. The notification of the auction did not contain information about the location of the land. The land plot is also within the boundaries of the coastal strip, however, the text of the lease does not contain a prerequisite for ensuring the free access of citizens to the water body and its coastal strip.
