As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, on October 28, investigators of the GVSU Investigative Committee of Russia in Samara detained the former detective of the department in Syzran of the FSB Directorate, Captain Maxim Zhizhkun. He is suspected of stealing 25 million rubles. from the local “hacker” Mochalov.
