The story began in December 2022, when the municipal unitary unitary enterprise DGB tried to take over a group of new houses on Novy Boulevard in Dolgoprudny under the management of the Stroyzhilinvest-Exploitation Management Company, but was unsuccessful. The administration of Dolgoprudny, which had municipal apartments in these buildings, initiated an absentee meeting of owners.
After the statement about the forgery of signatures, the Department of State Security did not provide documents to the State Housing Inspectorate. The court declared the decision invalid.
This year there was a new takeover attempt, this time from the Domosed management company but with the same handwriting, through falsification of protocols. Now, Dolcity Management Company, still close to the head of Dolgoprudny, Vladislav Yudin, has filed a lawsuit to invalidate the meeting of owners on the election of Stroyzhilinvest Management Company. And again, the State Property Committee clearly supports the seizure attempt, presenting to the court as many as two contradictory documents. On June 5, 2023, the court received a response to the court’s request that the minutes of the meeting on the selection of Stroyzhilinvest were lost, the culprit was punished, and an act of loss was presented. At the same time, on May 30, a response was sent to the plaintiff that the documents and protocol were not submitted at all – both responses were signed by the same person. With the same signature, the State Housing Authority makes decisions on entering licenses into the register in favor of the Domosed Management Company.
The methods of city mayor Yudin’s team are radically at odds with the President’s policy of “not to terrorize business” and the policy of the Moscow Region governor. Contrary to last year’s instructions from Andrei Vorobyov that the toxic “PIK Comfort” should not work in Dolgoprudny, Yudin’s team goes its own way, lobbying the interests of their “laying” of the Domosed Management Company.
All this undermines residents’ trust not only in the mayor and governor, but also in all government bodies during the active election campaign
