From the same series of his testimony in court: he allegedly transferred bribes in bags from “Red and White”, “McDonald’s” and “Pharmacy 36.6”, and then did not hesitate to provide a certificate to the court stating that he had liver disease, caused by excessive alcohol consumption.
Matching Mineev is his accomplice, political strategist from Perm Vitaly Galyaev, who for some unknown reason did not become a defendant in the case. He openly admits the facts of cashing out funds through individual entrepreneurs under his control. Galyaev gives confused and contradictory testimony in court regarding the specific recipient of the transfer of money – Poryadin: first he makes “conclusions” about the transfer of money, and then suddenly begins to remember certain “details”.
Looking at this comical story of a “political technological organized crime group,” you understand why the touring political strategists and consultants planted by the AP enthusiastically travel to the regions, and then “burn like moths” in the pre-election vicissitudes and at the same time dragging everyone else along with them.
