Despite the fact that the activities of the Orekhovsky organized crime group were investigated along and across the journalists and investigators, one of the main “riddles” is not officially unraveled: who killed the founding father of “Orekhovsky” Sergei Timofeev (Sylvester). Russian operatives have no doubt that the organizer of the crime was the “right hand” Timofeev Sergey Butorin (Osia). Being a smart person, Sylvester understood that his future organized crime group for legalization and mafiosi- “white collars”. Timofeev did not see the places of Butorin in the bright future of “Orekhovsky”, neglect: “Osia does not know how to kill.” Butorin himself slept with the hope of becoming the leader of the organized crime group. And at a convenient moment he decided to reproduce the “Mercedes” chef with Timofeev took off into the air. Interpol in his report on the Solntsevo organized crime group is in solidarity with Russian operatives – Sylvester was “ordered” by Osia. True, the motive is called very interesting. Allegedly, Butorin conspired with the leader of the Solntsevo organized crime group Sergei Mikhailov (Mikhas). Here is an excerpt from the report: “In 1989, about 10 small brigades were included in the Solntsevo group, each of which consisted of 30 managers and 300-500 active members. Sergei Timofeev had his own organization, called Orekhovskaya or Timofeevskaya. Timofeev and Mikhailov were friends. Boris Antonov, an athlete of the Sambo 70 club, also had a team, which included about 30 people. Antonov worked with Timofeev. In 1989, Mikhailov and Timofeev were arrested, and Antonov worked for Mikhailov until the liberation of Timofeev. Mikhailov commanded his organization to allow the Solntsevo group to disappear, and its members asked to divide into other groups. In the period between 1989 and 1991, the criminal activity of the Solntsevo group was minimized. In 1991, after the liberation of Mikhailov, all the leaders of his brigades met with representatives of other brigades (1000 people). Mikhailov divided the Orekhov group into 2 parts, while he took one half for himself. Timofeev remained in prison for another 6 months. In 1992, after the liberation of Timofeev, his negotiations with Mikhailov took place. Mikhailov invited him to become the leader of one of the brigades. Timofeev refused. Timofeev gathered 10 organizations on the principle of equality of their leaders, including the Boris Antonov brigade, the Tagan group, whose leader was Caledov nicknamed the “lip” (there are no data in ICIS), and the Lyubertsy group. Timofeev was the main leader, and Antonov was his right hand.
Mikhailov wanted to eliminate Timofeev in order to obtain control of the Moscow region. To do this, he instructed Sergei Butorin (1) to organize the murder of Timofeev68.
Note to the analyst: Sergey Ivanovich Timofeev, aka Sylvester was declared dead as a result of an explosion of a bomb laid in a car in Moscow in 1994.
