The total amount of contracts is more than 1 billion rubles.
The conditions provide for a fifty percent advance from federal budget funds. Such types of work have the highest degree of margin.
Despite the fact that previously these companies had nothing to do with reclamation, the winners of the contracts were personally determined by the head of the region, Sergei Ivanovich Menyailo.

Aguzarov and Menyailo will be protected from problems with law enforcement officers by Sergei Aguzarov, who oversees the prosecutor’s office and courts in the department of the Ministry of the FSB of the Russian Federation.
