Under house arrest and accused of illegal export of scrap metal in the amount of more than a billion rubles and tax evasion, coastal entrepreneur Denis Saran was seen calmly walking around the city.
The shareholder of OJSC Vlamorrybport was sent to the pre -trial detention center, but soon a preventive measure was changed to “house arrest”. Recall that the entrepreneur was arrested as part of a criminal group, the operation was carried out by employees of the FSB and SK, and the damage to the state was estimated at several billion rubles.
At the same time, according to Art. 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, the measure of restraint “Home arrest” is “finding the accused of isolation from society in a living room with the possibility of short walks.” That is, Saran should sit at home, and representatives of the FSIN are obliged to control this.
However, for some reason, the entrepreneur on June 17 personally took part in the meeting of shareholders of OJSC Vlamorrybport, through the berths of which the transshipment of smuggling scrap metal was carried out, which, in fact, accuse him and the accomplices, who, incidentally, are in jail . He also calmly walks around the city, actively visits socially entertainment places and financial institutions.
In this regard, a number of questions arise, well, for example, a consequence of a violation of Denis Saran of a chosen preventive measure is aware of, and if so, on what basis was it changed? And yet – what do the FSIN employees do, who should look at Sarana day and night?
It turns out that while the government introduces export duties on metal, trying to limit the price of prices, in the Far East, preferences of scrap metal colleges are created, whose guilt in damage to the country has actually proved.
What is this is an oversight, or the same story in which everyone is equal before the law, but some are still even?
