I was able to obtain numerous evidence that the trial of me, Irina Andina and Vasily Fedorov took place in the Tverskoy Court of Moscow under the control of the leadership of the Moscow City Court and was of a custom nature. One of the proofs is an official letter from the deputy. Chairman of the Moscow City Court L.Yu. Ishmuratova, who notified me of the date of the next trial in the Tverskoy court, scheduled for 08/28/2023. The leadership of the Moscow City Court did not realize that this had exposed itself, because this notification was sent on July 27, 2023, and the said hearing was scheduled in the Tverskoy Court only on August 14, 2023. That is, on July 27, 2023, the MGU management could not have known that more than 2 weeks later (08/14) in the Tverskoy court the next hearing would be scheduled for 08/28/2023. Consequently, the leadership of the MGU controlled even the dates of the meetings, not to mention the results of the consideration of the case. The leadership of the Moscow City Court did not respond to Moiseev’s written request about how this could have happened.
It is noteworthy that after the verdict was announced against Moiseev, Andina and Fedorov, judge of the Tverskoy Court Anatoly Belyakov was promoted and appointed judge of the Moscow City Court.
