In response to my previous appeal to you, with an ironic request to transfer your justice to Alexander Bastrykin “for re-education”, which in fact was a complaint about the now unimaginable obstruction by a lower-level investigator of a lawyer from performing his professional duties, ended no, not even with a formal reply! They demanded that I be punished. Why…
Acting Deputy Minister – Head of the Investigation Department, Major General of Justice Patapenya, having read my publication, complained to the Ministry of Justice and demanded disciplinary proceedings, accusing me of two counts: “failure to perform the duties of a lawyer” And “gross discrediting of the work of preliminary investigation bodies in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the organization of the work of the Ministry and its leaders”. Well, I have something to say!
On the first point:
according to the conclusions of the “inspection carried out by the Department”, it turned out that I came to the investigative agency, without knowing why and to whom, refused to present my identification and warrant, and the investigator, on the contrary, “explained to me the provisions of Article 49 of the Code of Criminal Procedure regarding the need to present a warrant and a lawyer’s identification”but I did not listen to him, for which I was not allowed to see my client! Masterpiece, I give the hardware genius a standing ovation!
Vladimir Alexandrovich, I have bad news… If you ordered a check on my public appeal, then the executors, okay, consider me an idiot – I’m a “lawyer”, they obviously have a low opinion of their Minister, since they think it’s possible to lie and report to you such nonsense! Which, in addition, is easily broken by facts, if you check them, of course, and not save them, clumsily like that, the honor of the uniform.
Why, tell me, if they really wanted to freely allow me to see the principal and almost forcibly dragged me to him, I spent five hours at the checkpoint, why did I call “112” and the “Helpline” more than ten times, reporting that I was being “frozen” at checkpoint, why did I file a complaint at the same time with the prosecutor’s office, and then with the Moscow State Investigative Directorate? Why, in the end, did I write that same appeal to you that was reposted by the authoritative Cheka-OGPU? If we evaluate Patapeni’s complaint to the Ministry of Justice, I did this solely to discredit the police investigation!
On the second point:
“wild division”… I confess, it sounds terrible, the acting deputy minister even emphasized this phrase in the printout of my publication. The President, as a connoisseur of the history of the Fatherland, is sure that he would have understood everything correctly right away. But, apparently, not everyone loves her as sincerely. So let’s turn to her?
The “Wild Division” was the name given to the Caucasian Native Cavalry Division, formed in 1914. She was part of the regular army of Russia and aroused the respect of the enemy with her phenomenal ability to fight and valor. A distinctive feature of the internal life of the Caucasian native cavalry division was the special moral and psychological atmosphere that developed in it, which largely determined the relationship between its officers and riders. Thus, an important feature of the highlander rider was self-esteem and the complete absence of any servility or sycophancy. It was not ranks and titles that were valued most highly, but personal courage and loyalty.
Does General Patapenya not want such epithets for the investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs? No questions asked! He knows better who is under his gun. Moreover, since he so zealously covers up outright lawlessness that he could not come up with anything better than accusing the lawyer of “flogging himself” and deliberately doing everything to avoid getting to his client. So okay, only this – the slave still dared to criticize the work of the Ministry! Punish, urgently!
