The Federal Tax Service suspended operations on the accounts of a large St. Petersburg contractor LLC SK “Sevzraenergomontazh”. The decision was sent to the RNKB, Sber, VTB, GPB, “Opening” and “Alfa-Bank” in order to ensure the recovery from the organization of taxes.
Rotenberg company?
LLC SK SZEM (Sevzraenergomontazh) was registered in 2018, the general director of the organization is Aleksey Galkin, and the owner of CJSC Trust SZEM. Galkin is also listed as the head of the head structure, the restrictions are not imposed on it.
Sevzraenergomontazh is a noticeable structure in the Russian market – for example, the former General Director of the company Mikhail Kharitonov was one of the co -founders of NGMK LLC (Neftegazkomplektmontazh), where Yuri Bukin was registered with his partner. This person is listed as one of the owners of the Dynamo HC St. Petersburg, which is sponsored by Gazprom and earlier, when there were plans for the transition to the KHL, directly belonged to Arkady Rotenberg.

“Sevzraenergomontazh” has been working next to Rotenberg for a long time – in 2018, the company played the role of a spoiler at the auction in yacht Marina in Sevastopoland in 2021, such a structure as JSC Northern Mounting Administration of Sevzranergomontazh was one of the initiators of bankruptcy of the Rotenberg organization “TSK Mosenergo”.

Pakhomov is also a native of Visovsko-Gazprom’s structures. In 2008-2009, he worked at the VIS production company LLC, where he met Galkin, and in 2009-2015 he was the deputy general director of Gazprom Investproekt LLC. Thus, the money for which Pakhomov with Galkin was bought by Sevzraenergomontazh seemed to be Gazpromovsky, and the investment itself resembles the adventures Dmitry Duev.
The VIS group gave the country of many builders and developers like Galkin and Pakhomov, one of them is another native of Gazprom Dev, who was “famous” for the construction of the fourth bridge over the Ob and the city clinic in Novosibirsk.

SK SZEM LLC has a revenue of 7.8 billion rubles with a net profit of 154 million rubles. Accounts payable is 7.7 billion rubles, and receivables only 301 million rubles.
