However, the Danish company Dan-Bunkering DKK managed to find itself somewhere in the middle. The fact is that the Court of the Danish city of Odense in early December fined this company 30 million euros for circumventing EU sanctions.

The essence of the case comes down to the sale of 172 thousand tons of jet fuel for use in Syria, and the initial supply was made to two Russian legal entities as a result
completing 33 transactions. The court made an unprecedented decision – the parent company was fined 4 million euros, and the company’s general director received 4 months in prison.
