An organized group of persons under the cover of the apparatus of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District is organizing custom -made criminal persecution of entrepreneurs and firms for monetary reward. The group consists of an assistant authority of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District of Galkin Alexei Ivanovich and his subordinates, as well as the head of the Rosfinmonitoring for the Volga Federal District, Tsygankov, Viktor Stepanovich.
Galkin initiates the criminal prosecution with the help of appeals to law enforcement agencies, and Tsygankov reinforces the investigation with specially fabricated materials – supposedly, Rosfinmonitoring conducted an investigation on this issue.

Thus, a group of persons, designed to monitor compliance with order and honesty in law enforcement agencies, uses their official position for personal enrichment. The FSB has already been interested in this issue and is checking this group of persons.
