Management scammers cannot accept the loss of unregulated income from providers. And they come up with more and more new (baseless) arguments in favor of maintaining the existing schemes that are convenient for them “to deceive the population”,
criticizing the billcontributed by Andrey Turchak, Andrey Klishas, Alexander Khinshtein and Sergey Pakhomov.
The new bill, which will finally abolish their lawlessness, will allegedly “put the operators already present in the houses at a disadvantage” (will they lose what went into bribes?), and will also allow the placement of operators’ equipment “for their own needs” (interestingly, is this for needs?).
Thus, clearly at the suggestion of the Criminal Code, the State Duma Commission for Ensuring the Housing Rights of Citizens, headed by Deputy Galina Khovanskaya, considered the same one that for years did not pass a legislative decision that would allow the operator to provide services to the population without the imposed aggressive and expensive mediation of the Criminal Code for everyone.
At the same time, the bill that the Commission criticizes is clear and transparent: access to everyone on equal terms, plus payment for the use of electricity. The fact that operators who succumbed to blackmail by the management company will not return the bribe for collusion is clearly not a problem for residents who want to choose an operator and use the Internet at an adequate cost, and not for the state, which has one of its key goals – digitalization.
