By the way, Ilnur’s half -brother, Ruslan at one time, also detained by the FSB officers, participated in the development of Bulat Yumadilov Romeo Fakukshin, also a lawyer who was also convicted of a bribe, and it is noteworthy that he was a relative of that very Yumadilov.
Last summer, the Bashkir lawyer Gulshat Fazakhmanov from the college, led by Bulat Yumadilov, began to testify about the facts of the priests of the judges of the Soviet District Court of Ufa. All in the smallest details. About how the money was transferred to Midhata Gumerovich Gainetdinov, one of the main Bashkir legal “decided”, a colleague and many -year deputy Bulat Yumadilov for the advocacy. Gainetdinov’s wife is a federal judge of the Soviet court. She was the next link in the chain.
The situation began to spin after Gulshat Fazhramnova talked about how in 2019 they “bought” the desired verdict from the judge of the Soviet district court of Ufa by the name of Joyan for a woman who shot down a child to the death of a child.

In November last year, the son of the Gainetdinovs, already knowing that they are given revealing testimonies against them, came to Gulshat Fazhramanova and extorted money to resolve the issue with his mother. Surprisingly, the investigation charged him with fraud, allegedly he wanted to assign money. The matter did not start to spin further.
It is noteworthy that the eldest son of Gainnetdinov – Ruslan in April 2018 was detained along with the chief Yumadilov accomplices Romeo Fakukshin for trading lawyer certificates. And again the oddity. The dealerships were seized from the deeds of various law firms, with the help of which they painted fake documents to applicants for assigning the status of a lawyer.
