Continuing the topic of the case of Krasnodar judge Bayrak G.F. – the Cheka-OGPU had at its disposal an expert opinion confirming that the only evidence in the case was falsified.

Audio and video recordings from the case materials, which recorded the moment of transfer of money to the judge in his office on March 10, 2021, were edited, they contain splices, and there are no fragments of the conversation.

In addition, the speech of G.F. not completely suitable for identification.
This fact fits well with Bayrak’s own version, which he voiced even during his arrest – the money transferred to him was repayment of a debt. This is exactly what the conversation with the so-called victim (Ponomarev E.V.) was about at the time of their transfer, and this should be clearly audible on the recording made by the operatives. However, as a result, the materials include already edited files, from which, apparently, all the inconvenient pieces for the investigation are cut out.

A source close to the judge’s family said that Bayrak has been insisting on conducting a phonoscopic examination from the very beginning, but the investigation has been evading it for 8 months.

The question arises: why?

Obviously, the investigator must be interested in the reliability and objectivity of the evidence presented in the case. Except for the only situation where he probably knows about the editing. In this case, evasion from conducting an official examination can only be interpreted as an attempt to hide the inadmissibility of evidence, because in this case, they will not have legal force and cannot be used as the basis for charges.

And if this is the only evidence that, in principle, the investigation has, then it turns out that there is no case itself?
Some questions are raised by traces of the powder with which the money was processed. The same source said that the materials clearly indicate that Bayrak’s hands glowed in the UV, as if he was holding money in his hands. But the expert writes in his conclusion that Bayrak did not even touch the package that the money was inside, and this can be seen in the video recording.

One gets the feeling that either some objects in the chairman’s office (door handle, chair…) were treated with the powder in advance, or the powder got to him through Ponomarev at the moment when they shook hands.
