The Cheka-OGPU managed to get through to the participant in the fight (beating) between the police chiefs of the UEBIPK in the Moscow Region and the Outki’s employees from the OPB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Troitsky. The deputy chief of the Moscow Region Economic Security Department first pretended not to understand what it was about. But then he was forced to admit the fact, saying that the competent authorities would figure out everything.
A source of the Cheka-OGPU said that Alexander Troitsky, Viktor Ivanov (also holds the post of deputy chief of the UEBIPK Moscow Region) and other participants in the battle on Pavel Andreev Street in Moscow until recently were confident in their impunity, since they “resolved” the issue in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and with supervising intelligence services.
The call to Alexander Troitsky, who, after the state of emergency, continued his activities (judging by the announcement, on May 15 he held a meeting with citizens in his native Shchelkovo), and most importantly, the publication of the Cheka-OGPU on how the drunken security officials noticed the “tail” and beat his colleagues from the classified operational bureau, became complete surprise for many. According to the interlocutor, after the flagrant incident was published, the State Medical University was still appointed a check indicating to punish all the perpetrators.
