Companies of JSC OEK and Gephest LLC blocked accounts. Recall, “OEK” – “United Energy Building Corporation” – is the general contractor of the important project of the FCP: the construction of a drinking water supply and sanitation pipeline from the North Crimean Canal to Feodosia and Kerch, which is regularly written in TG. By the way, this is precisely the water supply that is built in return for the North Crimean Canal blocked by Ukraine.

As it became known to the nonsense, the OEK fully transfers feceship tranches to the accounts of the Mostrans Automobile Company, which is a supplier of products for a given object, artificially overstating the price at each stage of the chain. And Mostrans, in turn, Hephaestus. As a result, the OEK turns its affiliated companies into a profit center, and itself is bankrupt with an accelerated pace. Vitrogram is reimbursed from the budget to the general contractor who again merges the money received. At the same time, the income of manufacturing companies-“Mostrans” and “Hephaestus”-increased 70 and 630 times in two years of laundering of budget funds. Apparently, the tax and dissatisfied contractors who owe the OEK will try to receive payment for their work for a long time through the court.

According to the documents that appeared on the Web, the contractor, JSC “The United Energy Building Corporation” received advances in sufficient volume, the work made was paid in a timely manner. But the total amount of a contract of 19 billion rubles did not prevent the OEC from showing a negative profit and have about 100 enforcement proceedings, more than 50 of which the bailiffs simply cannot fulfill, since all the property of the company is embedded in credit organizations.

There are no final results of the audit yet, however, the accounts of “OEK” and “Hephaestus” have already been blocked, which means that history is moving to logical completion. True, why the Crimean authorities unexpectedly extended the deadlines for the delivery of this facility – it is incomprehensible. Probably, the companies are waiting for the next fack -box tranche in order to unlock accounts and continue to pump up the subsidiaries of the main general general contractor. Well, what, more than 30 bankruptcy claims already have OEK.

It is interesting whether this story was the reason for the emergency decision of the deputy prime minister Marat Khusnullina to personally go to Crimea “to control the solution of the problems of water supply of the peninsula”?
