This time, the former head of the administration of the Sverdlovsk settlement of the Vsevolozhsk region, Andrei Shornikov, was again involved in another criminal case. According to colleagues, on May 30, the regional Investigative Committee and operatives of the OEB and PC of the police Main Directorate came to the home of a former specialist in the housing and communal services department of the Sverdlovsk administration, Viktor Kobyakov, who, after a search, was taken to the Investigative Committee for a confrontation. The essence of the matter is banal to the point of boredom – while heading Sverdlov’s administration, Shornikov appointed this character to the position, but he did not appear at work and did not actually perform any duties. But during the fictitious work he received more than 1.5 million rubles from the settlement budget. Let us clarify for our colleagues – the exact amount involved in the criminal case is 1,605,214 rubles, which Kobyakov received on his card at Sberbank. Another piquant nuance: in addition to searches of the ex-minor official, the Investigative Committee carried out a seizure of documents in the Sverdlov administration and did not find any documents indicating that Kobyakov was registered for work or his registration.
