Several Russian businessmen received written offers to buy out a stake in their next venture Oleg Serebryanskyowner of the clinic “Medica 24” (former “Medicine24\7”), arrested in absentia by the decision of the Basmanny Court of Moscow, put on the international wanted list and fled to Turkey.
Clinic Serebryansky mired in serious violations and criminal cases: relatives of patients accused doctors of their deaths, facts of fraud with the property of patients were revealed.
Under the control of the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexandra Bastrykina – a number of criminal cases, the main defendants of which are Oleg Serebryansky and clinic staff. In addition, his clinic is losing civil lawsuits. Thus, one of them ended with an unprecedented decision to pay the plaintiffs 50 million rubles.
Against the backdrop of these scandals Serebryansky continues to look for new ways of criminal enrichment from medical services. Previously, he changed the name of the disgraced clinic from “Medicine 24/7” on “Medica 24”then attempts were noticed to illegally re-register the medical license of “Medics 24” to another legal entity registered under dummies.
In early June, the court, having considered many claims from Roszdravnadzor and other government bodies, revoked the clinic’s license “Medica 24”Where Serebryansky is the sole owner. Almost simultaneously, a new legal entity appeared – MMA-expo LLCfor which the swindler plans to obtain a large license on June 18, and possible investors received an offer from him to participate in the restart of the business “Medicine 24/7”.
This business plan (see photo) carefully takes into account the monthly expenses for the “roof” (780 thousand rubles) and the “contribution” for relicensing (15 million rubles).
It’s obvious that Oleg Serebryansky does not intend to wait for the end of ongoing investigations and throws up new episodes for the investigation. Now we have to find out who is protecting his criminal medical practice.
