Colleagues report on the visit of employees of the Office of the Russian Guard for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region to the building of the central office of LUKOIL-Severo-Zapadnefteprodukt on Aptekarskaya Embankment, 8A. According to them, on the afternoon of January 30, Russian Guards, accompanied by riot police officers armed with machine guns, entered the Lukoil building and began checking the premises of the state corporation’s security company, the LUKOM-A-North-West Agency. After inspection, the service weapons of the guards were completely removed from the special storage room. Colleagues did not find out what these measures were connected with; the press service of this division of Lukoil did not immediately comment on the situation. But something completely different is interesting. As the Cheka-OGPU found out, similar seizures took place today in two more offices of the private security company Agency LUKOM-A-North-West – in Vyborg and Kaliningrad. And now attention – since August 2021, this security agency has been headed by Alexander Romanenko, lieutenant general, formerly first deputy commander of the North-Western District of the Russian Guard. He was appointed to the position by presidential decree in February 2017 and left his post in 2021, almost immediately moving to the chair of director of LUKOM-A-North-West. They say a raven can’t peck out a crow’s eye. But this, it seems, is not about the Russian Guard in the Northwestern Federal District. According to our information, the St. Petersburg department received the order to “squeeze” LUKOM-A-North-West from above, directly from Moscow. According to preliminary information, we may be talking about a major corporate conflict in the board of directors of the parent company Lukoil, during which the warring parties are using their own power leverage. So it looks like this episode will not be the last. https://t.me/De1taNews/6400
