We have already said that the main patron and protector Dobrynina, the current chairman of the first cassation court of general jurisdiction in Saratov, Nikolai Podkopaev tried to leave the ward at the chairman of the Volgograd Regional Council, which was vacant after his departure. Fortunately, this attempt was suppressed by the Chekists. Nevertheless, help from Podkopaev is not limited exclusively by personnel issues.
Our people note that, using the status of the chairman of the district federal court, Podkopaev tries to realize his business interests, adjusting the Volgograd arbitration justice. He was a great help that in Saratov there is the 12th Arbitration Court of Appeal, the jurisdiction of which includes the Volgograd Region, and whose chairman Sergei Sharaev is very responsive to the personal requests of colleagues. It is in the appeal that the sensational and scandalous business should be decided about the demolition of the Sosnovy Bor, the guest complex located in the city-hero complex, about which Dobrynin spoke so much. The appeal of the verdict of the court of first instance, which recognized the building illegal, was transferred to Judge Svetlana Zhakatina personally devoted to Sharaev, who, at his direction, often considers materials with a pre -prepared decision.
This feature of Zhatkina has long been not a secret for our people who last year contributed to the fact that she (despite all the efforts of Sharaev) did not receive the place of the deputy chairman of the 12th appeal court. How well she has learned the deadline, we, apparently, will find out on December 21 during the next consideration of the case of the “pine boron”.
